We had the pleasure of working with Pat Russiano on the sale of our home in Eastlake. When considering the sale of our home, we interviewed a few realtors in order to find someone that we thought had the best "plan of attack". Pat immediately put my wife and me at ease. Her confident, but yet stratightforward demeanor, was instantly reassuring. This was not an easy sell for her...we lived out-of-state and had to communicate via email, phone, mail and fax. The fact that we had to communicate that way normally would have driven us mad, but she was so good at returning calls, emails, etc., that we never once felt like our questions were going unanswered. She was very proactive at every step of the selling process, keeping us in the loop at all times. She has such a great feel for all parts of San Diego County that we would feel at ease purchasing something from her if we were to head back that way.

This was our first house that we truly loved; we built it exactly the way we wanted, and even picked the lot itself. My wife and I shared many gloriously happy memories there and a few truly sad ones too. Selling this house was an emotional roller coaster that Pat helped make easier. Thank you Pat!

I remember back when I was looking for a way to sell my rental in San Diego. I didn't actually want to go down there since I live in Central California 500 miles away. I thought maybe I could find a way to do it using the internet, so I checked realtor.com. That's where I found Pat's website. I was so impressed with the ease of getting information that I decided to see if she could help me. Being the professional that she is, within a matter of a couple of days of email and telephone conversations, we were getting it done. She led me through the whole process with confidence and encouragement and soon we were faxing papers back and forth and communicating with email and phone until the final moment when the house was sold. From the end of June until August 6 and it was done. Who would have thought that I could have sold my house, which was over 500 miles away, and never leave home? I could not have done it without Pat, and of course, computer and electronic technology.

Pat has been our agent since 1992 when we were planning to move and needed advice to get the best results. We had a buyer within two days of putting our home on the market.
